How to use the Smart ID

What is the Smart ID for?

The Smart ID allows the person who finds your dog to easily access your contact details by scanning the collar's QR code.

First-time setup

1. Scan the QR code
   Using your smartphone, scan the QR code on the tag.
2. Create your profile
   You will be redirected to the Smart ID platform.
   Create your account with your email address.
3. Add your dog's information
   • Name
   • Phone number
   • Email
   • Useful information (allergies, behavior, etc.)
4. Validate registration
   Your Smart ID is now active

Modify information

To modify your dog's data, add another collar (for another dog) to your account, or update your contact details:

• Download the Gotcha! Lost & Found App
• Log in to your account
• Easily modify information

In case of loss

If your dog is found:

• The person scans the QR code
• They access your profile
• They can contact you immediately
