Does Pattes & Velours deliver to Switzerland and Europe?
Yes, we are located in Switzerland and we deliver to Switzerland and several European countries.
What is the delivery time for an item?
All items offered on our website are available in our Swiss warehouse. The delivery time for Switzerland will therefore be 3-4 days and 6-10 days for other European countries.
If the item doesn't fit, can I return it?
Yes. If the size or model is not suitable, you can return the item to us according to our return conditions. Your dog's well-being remains our priority.

How to care for dog clothes and accessories?
Most of our items, including orthopedic bed covers, are washable at low temperatures. Care instructions are specified on each product page.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
A detailed size guide is available on each product page. If in doubt, our customer service team is here to advise you.
If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort.
For dogs sensitive to cold or with long hair, a little extra room is always preferable.
